Role Summary

We're looking for a content specialist to create engaging, informative content focused on devotional and mythology themes. The ideal candidate will have excellent research, writing, and editing skills in both English and Hindi.

This role involves crafting high-quality, SEO-friendly content across various formats and channels while maintaining editorial standards and managing calendars.

As part of our team, you'll collaborate with writers, designers, and other teams to deliver impactful, engaging content for Indian and global audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough research and create rich content on the devotional and mythology space.
  2. Develop and translate content for marketing materials, such as eBooks, infographics, and quizzes, in English and Hindi.
  3. Identify relevant trends, keywords, and gaps in online content to create fresh content for the devotional space.
  4. Establish content quality benchmarks and manage the quality of published content.
  5. Work with the editorial team to create a monthly and seasonal calendar.
  6. Commission articles from freelance and in-house writers and ensure timely delivery.
  7. Evaluate and approve submitted articles for cohesiveness and maintaining the voice and freshness of the content.
  8. Edit and rewrite articles, including those that may be rejected or returned to the writer for revision.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent English/Hindi writing skills with the ability to research, structure, and deliver grammatically error-free content.
  2. Fluent in Hindi/English speaking and writing.
  3. Interest in the devotional, mythology, and spiritual space.
  4. Good understanding of data and the ability to gather insights for better results.
  5. Highly accountable and takes initiatives.
  6. Process-oriented mindset and scale thinking.
  7. Experienced in building teams and scalable processes.
  8. Loves technology and how it can be used to scale processes.
