Job Title: Education Consultant

The primary goal of this position is to provide educational guidance and support to students in specific subject areas.

  • Design and deliver effective lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and aptitudes.
  • Ensure a safe and productive learning environment for all students.

Student Administration:

  • Maintain discipline in accordance with school rules and regulations.
  • Promote student participation and assist in improving study habits.
  • Monitor basic hygiene and pay close attention to health matters.

Classroom Functioning:

  • Create an engaging and interactive learning environment through functional displays and bulletin boards.
  • Establish positive relationships with parents and provide regular feedback.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Compile, maintain, and ensure confidentiality of school records.
  • Adhere to school policies and actively implement them.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by the coordinator.
  • Conduct quarterly stock checks of teaching aids.
  • Participate in professional development through internal and external courses.
  • Attend meetings convened by the principal and coordinators.
  • Liaise and collaborate with resource persons and others.

Work Relations:

  • Interface with the Principal on academic matters.
  • Interact with co-teachers and other staff members as needed.
  • Communicate with Admin, Finance, HR, and Technology teams on operational issues.
