Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to monitor and manage corporate actions across global positions.

  • Responsibilities include monitoring and managing corporate actions across global positions, ensuring efficient processing, timely notifications, accurate bookings, smooth election processes, and effective reconciliation.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for scrubbing & set up of corporate actions in operating systems, monitoring corporate actions across reliefs, following up on events' announcements, forecasts, and deadlines, and handling all corporate action types within the team's scope.
  • Key responsibilities also include contributing proactively in meetings, providing regular reporting to hierarchy, adhering to compliance rules, mitigating operational/reputational risks, and maintaining strong relationships with domestic agents, custodians, and other internal departments.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
