Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a seasoned corporate lawyer with 2–3 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, private equity or venture capital to join our team.

• The ideal candidate will support and manage legal processes for investments, exits and corporate actions.
• Key responsibilities include reviewing and finalizing transaction documents such as term sheets, shareholder agreements and convertible instruments.
• Liaising with founders, investors and legal teams to efficiently close deals is also an essential part of this role.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable corporate, securities and foreign exchange laws is crucial.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, private equity or venture capital.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, securities and FEMA regulations is required.
• The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Prior law firm experience is highly desirable, particularly for candidates looking to transition in-house.
