Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Credit Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Credit Analysis Team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of EMEA Corporate clients and performing in-depth due diligence on borrowers and industries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Undertake detailed credit analysis and make recommendations to senior management.">
  • Manage end-to-end annual renewal of limits and borrower ratings as per the Bank's credit processes and procedures.">
  • Prepare periodic sector reports and event-based stress tests of the portfolio as necessary.">
  • Support Relationship Managers and Senior Credit Analysts in the department on ad-hoc requests related to new transactions or other portfolio reviews.">
  • Conduct covenant checks and provide monitoring reports.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • ">
  • Extensive experience in fundamental corporate analysis gained in a bank or asset manager environment.">
  • A strong understanding of loan documentation and key credit protections.">
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg and similar systems.">
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience after Post Graduation (CA/CFA/MBA Finance or equivalents).">
