Job Title: Navigation and Integrated Systems Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of navigation integrated systems across vessels. This position requires exceptional technical expertise, effective communication skills, and a strong ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving navigation integrated systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with shore teams to resolve technical issues. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical and electronics engineering principles, as well as experience working with complex software systems.

The Navigation and Integrated Systems Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of navigation integrated systems
  • Coordinating with vessel teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve system efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in supporting vessels or similar environments
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
