Customer Service Role

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional support to customers, ensuring a positive and hassle-free experience from initial inquiry to final resolution.

This role involves responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via email and other communication channels. The representative will also manage and resolve issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders.

In addition, the Customer Service Representative will process and manage customer orders on our website platform, including handling returns, exchanges, and refunds. They will work closely with shipping vendors to track down and resolve delivery issues efficiently.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong attention to detail and accuracy. You will also need to possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for someone who can maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers at all times. Accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  2. Manage and resolve issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce operations roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
