Senior Director of Technology

We are seeking a visionary Technical Director to spearhead the development of innovative power electronics solutions. This individual will lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives to bring products from concept to manufacturing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and testing of power electronic systems for various applications, such as Vehicle Charging Infrastructure and renewable energy.
This role involves defining and executing R&D strategies to meet application requirements and specifications, developing technology roadmaps, and collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute R&D strategies to meet product roadmaps and application requirements.
- Lead design, development, and testing of power electronic circuits, converters, inverters, controls, software, and integrated systems.
- Oversee product specifications, design, and modeling of power electronics used in power converters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Power Electronics or related field; Ph D preferred.
- 20+ years of progressive experience in R&D management within the power electronics domain.
- Extensive experience in product development and lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design.
