Design a Seamless User Experience

At our institution, we are seeking an experienced UX Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive and engaging user experiences across our Edtech content platform.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to transform complex problems into elegant solutions that empower scientists, educators, and learners globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to understand user needs and translate them into seamless user experiences.
  • Design accessible and user-centered interfaces that align with our vision of delivering best-in-class research and education tools.
  • Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and refine designs for maximum impact.
  • Define and maintain design standards, guidelines, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
  • Leverage data, usability findings, and market trends to inform design decisions and improve product usability.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or digital content platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process, from research and ideation through prototyping and delivery.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
