Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Analog Design team. As a key member of our Mixed-Signal Development Group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality analog and mixed-signal IP to divisions within the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog design and leadership experience, with excellent written and oral communication skills. You will work closely with internal business units and external vendors to develop and integrate analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Mixed-Signal IP development from conception through post-tapeout phase
  • Interface and communicate with internal business units on IP support and technical topics
  • Design and architect CMOS analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits
  • Own circuit and system specifications
  • Work with 3rd party analog IP vendors for integration into products
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Masters Degree or PhD in Analog, Mixed-Signal or RF IC design
  • 15+ years of industry experience in the area of mixed-signal CMOS circuit design
  • Experience in leading/managing an analog team is a prerequisite
  • Knowledge of layout issues
  • Experience with circuit simulators (HSPICE, Spectre, etc)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
