Lead Analog Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Analog Design Engineer to join our High Speed Amplifiers team in Bangalore, IN. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for driving flawless design execution and supporting product design from definition till release to the market and beyond.
The successful candidate will have full product development responsibility from definition to releasing the product to market. You will drive complex analog and power management circuits and high-speed bipolar designs with multiple devices targeted for state-of-the-art precision and noise.
This role involves leading full chip activities such as circuit block spec definition, top-level simulations, design verification, design for test and layout. You will work closely with worldwide cross-functional experts to develop cutting-edge products that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
To succeed in this position, you will require strong electrical engineering fundamentals and basic analog building blocks. A good grasp of digital design fundamentals is also essential.
You will lead and mentor design engineers/interns and grow their careers. Additionally, you will present analysis and conclusions to internal customers and business leaders in a comprehensive and effective manner.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of Analog Design Experience
- Experience in managing design teams. Full Product development experience preferred
- Strong Electrical engineering fundamentals & basic analog building blocks
- Experience in design of Analog & Power Management Circuits & High-speed and bipolar Design concepts
- Good grasp of basic digital design fundamentals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors / Masters in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
