Job Title: Capital Markets Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned capital markets professional with 5-6 years of experience in equity fundraising and investment banking transactions.

The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Bonds, and other capital market deals, along with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks.

This role involves active deal execution, advising clients, and managing end-to-end capital market transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead capital market transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds.
  • Advise clients on equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and transaction structuring.
  • Ensure all deals comply with regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution – from due diligence, drafting offer documents, and coordinating with regulators to liaising with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and auditors.
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and transaction feasibility studies to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
  • Stay updated on capital market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
  • Support in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver seamless execution.
