About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bioinformatics Specialist to lead our multi-omics data analysis efforts.

This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for the analysis and visualization of large-scale biological data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute scalable data pipelines using advanced computational methods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer requirements into innovative data-driven solutions.
  • Analyze complex biological data to derive actionable insights using state-of-the-art statistical techniques.
  • Develop and optimize tools, algorithms, and visualizations for the analysis and presentation of multi-omics data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • PhD or Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biotechnology, or related field.
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Proven experience in applying computational algorithms and statistical methods to large-scale biological data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good-to-have:

  • Experience with cloud technologies and scalable computing platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in biomedical data analysis.
  • Exposure to EHR data integration for clinical and translational research.
