Transformative Experience Designer

We're looking for a talented Senior UX Designer to join our team.

Cimpress is the world leader in mass customization, offering personalized products manufactured on demand with great quality and affordability.

Our technology, production, and supply chain operations empower customers to create real, tangible products that mean something to them.

As a Senior/Lead UX Designer, you'll help our customers bring their designs to life by crafting industry-leading designs and seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the user experience of the design-to-life flow, utilizing user-centered design methods.
  • Be hands-on at every stage of the design process, creating user flows, wireframes, pixel-perfect designs, and prototypes.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional team members and collaborators to drive product solutions and requirements.
  • Work with data, consumer insights, and UX research partners for foundational guidance on product direction.
  • Present concepts to immediate and cross-functional team members with confidence and an open mind to feedback and constructive criticism.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional peers and stakeholders.
  • Experience leveraging quantitative and/or qualitative data to inspire simple design solutions.
  • Passion for designing simple solutions to complex consumer and business problems.
  • Expertise in the latest design software to create high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes.

Nice to Have:

  • Relevant degree in field of Design or HCI.
  • B2C e-commerce experience.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and/or in highly matrixed organizations.
