
AI Technology Lead

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to drive innovation and growth within our organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Create and manage scalable sales enablement platforms, leveraging AI-native technologies to enhance client-facing narratives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to distill complex concepts into compelling value propositions, aligned with pipeline priorities.
- Design and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns, utilizing LinkedIn, email, and content syndication to maximize ROI.
- Develop and implement analyst engagement strategies, including scheduling briefings and coordinating responses to RFI/RFPs.
- Analyze asset usage and sales feedback to refine messaging and improve go-to-market readiness.
- Foster collaboration between sales, delivery, and product teams to drive business outcomes.
- 7-10 years of experience in sales enablement, analyst relations, or product marketing, preferably in fast-scaling B2B tech firms or AI-led platforms.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing tactics, including LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, SEO/SEM, and inbound funnels.
- Strong background in working with top-tier industry analysts and publications.
- Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives.
- Collaborative mindset, with experience operating across multiple teams.
- Ability to thrive in high-growth, ambiguous environments where speed and adaptability are critical.
Bonus if You Have:
- Experience in AI/automation, BPS, or enterprise SaaS markets.
- Familiarity with analyst tools, such as ARchitect or Spotlight.
- Prior startup experience in GTM leadership roles.
