Job Overview

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for spearheading the identification and engagement of key influencers to amplify brand awareness and drive campaign success.

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and secure strategic partnerships with influential content creators who align with our brand values and target audience.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with influencers to establish mutually beneficial terms and agreements for campaign collaborations.
  • Content Strategy and Collaboration: Develop and execute compelling content strategies in collaboration with influencers, ensuring alignment with our brand messaging and values.
  • Campaign Execution and Optimization: Serve as a liaison between the influencer marketing team and other internal departments to ensure seamless execution and optimization of influencer campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for future initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully executing influencer campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with influencers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience managing contracts and agreements.
  • Proactive mindset with a high level of accountability and ownership of work, capable of driving initiatives forward and delivering results.
  • Team player mentality with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing to the success of cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking and reporting tools, able to derive actionable insights from data to inform decision-making.
