Visual Storyteller and Brand Experience Specialist

The Opportunity:

As our Brand Experience & Visual Storyteller, you'll craft the visual identity and storytelling voice seen by thousands across platforms. You'll shape our brand's look, tone, and engagement strategy, creating everything from logos and dashboards to viral social campaigns using the latest AI design tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Fluencity's visual language: Logos, typography, color systems, brand guidelines, and digital product UI/UX
  • Create engaging content: Instagram, Twitter including reels, carousels, infographics, case studies, and videos
  • Plan and execute creative campaigns: Boost brand resonance and community growth worldwide
  • Utilize AI-powered tools: Figma AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva to create and iterate faster
  • Collaborate closely: Founders and product teams to ensure brand consistency and purposeful storytelling
  • Monitor campaign performance: Optimize content for maximum engagement

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years experience in brand design, digital marketing, or social media content creation (startup experience a plus)
  • Strong graphic design skills using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing
  • Deep understanding of digital storytelling and creator economy aesthetics
  • Experience with AI design and content generation tools to supercharge creativity
  • Portfolio showcasing branding, campaign materials, social content, and product design
  • Excellent written English; Hindi or multilingual skills a plus
  • Proactive, independent, and ready to take ownership in a fast-moving environment
