Graphic Design Specialist Job Description

We're looking for a talented and experienced graphic design specialist to join our team. As a key member of our graphics team, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content to support our business objectives.

This is a completely remote, full-time position. You'll work with our GTM team to develop exceptional design input, both strategic and tactical. Your primary focus will be on supporting the development of marketing and sales collateral, including product and service decks, print design, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, posters, and other digital assets.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have solid experience creating marketing and sales materials, as well as a strong understanding of web design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization. Experience working with branding and visual identity for B2B organizations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality visual content, including graphics, logos, icons, and other visual elements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand identity and ensure consistency across all visual materials.
  • Work closely with the GTM team to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of solid graphic and web design experience, ideally in the B2B tech product/service space.
  • Hands-on experience creating marketing and sales collateral, including product and service decks, print design, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, posters, and other digital assets.
  • Solid web design experience, with a deep understanding of core design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
  • Experience working with branding and visual identity for B2B organizations is highly desirable.
