Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to oversee mission-critical cloud infrastructure for our global customers.

This role involves providing 24x7 managed support for these environments, leading a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction exceeds benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with partners to identify opportunities and provide support.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues holistically.
  • Review tickets and escalate when necessary.

Team Leadership:

Lead a team of Cloud Engineers, providing technical guidance and expertise. Act as the last point of contact for escalations and resolve issues with a hands-on approach.

Customer Interaction:

Interact with customers via various channels, evaluate team member performance, and provide feedback.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in L3 technical support with a cloud-first data center or cloud support services organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud, containers, virtualization, and related technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, MySQL, VMware/KVM, and on-prem cloud technology.
  • Experience with monitoring systems like Prometheus/Nagios/Zabbix/SolarWinds/ManageEngine.
  • Good understanding of Storage, Networking, Backup, and Bash scripting.
  • Excellent communication skills with clear verbal and written articulation.
  • Team leadership experience with a minimum of 4 people in this role.
