Job Title: Strategic Client Relationship Manager

 

We are looking for a Strategic Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client servicing team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Understand client business goals, marketing objectives, and brand identity to provide strategic insights
  • Brief internal teams (creative, design, digital) clearly and manage project timelines end-to-end
  • Coordinate and follow up on campaigns, ensuring quality and timely delivery
  • Present creative ideas, campaign plans, and reports with confidence and clarity
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of agency services
  • Manage budgets, approvals, and ensure smooth workflow across stakeholders

 

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in client servicing in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • A problem-solver with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
  • Passion for advertising, branding, and creative storytelling
