">We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at our Ahmedabad and Pune offices. This role is open Pan-India, with the option to work from home for candidates based outside of Ahmedabad and Pune. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and enthusiastic team player who can generate leads and appointments through cold calling in a fast-paced environment. A successful lead generator must be friendly, persuasive, and able to understand customer requirements well, presenting solutions that meet their needs.

- Making multiple outbound calls to assigned B2B prospects.">
- Developing sales opportunities by researching prospect companies, using influencing and relationship-building skills to provide information on products/value propositions.">
- Ability to understand key objections from prospects, clarify concerns, and alleviate these concerns using product knowledge and vendor-led training to move the sales cycle forward.">
- Persistently following up with prospects in a clear and timely manner to ensure positive outcomes.">
- Understanding customer campaigns, products/services, and communicating customer brand identity to prospects.">
- Providing detailed and concise feedback to Voice Operations leads on outcomes (conversions/rejects/not interested, etc.).">
- Undertaking pre-sales outreach processes such as AG, HQL, SQL, BANT, marketing, and sales lead qualification.">
- Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and improve results.">
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.">
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform sales strategies and tactics.">
- Contributing to the development of sales materials, including sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.">
Requirements:
">To be considered for this role, you should have:
">Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably selling to technology stakeholders, senior stakeholders within enterprise and SMB organizations, with a solid track record of lead conversions via outbound calling and emails.
">Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide effective rebuttals/responses to prospects during calls.
">Strong track record of meeting targets for SQL/MQL/BANT/AG campaigns.
">Self-motivation, energy, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment focusing on outcomes, with a high level of resilience.
">A go-getter attitude, collaboration skills, a willingness to learn, and a high receptivity to feedback.
">Compensation Package:
