ServiceNow Testing Role

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow tester to join our team.

  • As a ServiceNow tester, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our solutions.
  • You will be responsible for conducting thorough functional testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing automated test frameworks.
  • With your 6 years of relevant experience, you will also have the opportunity to mentor junior testers and share your knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute functional test cases for ServiceNow modules.
  • Perform regression, integration, and system testing to validate end-to-end business processes.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution with development teams.
  • Utilize ServiceNow ATF and other test automation tools to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Participate in requirements analysis, test planning, and estimation activities.
  • Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate test results, risks, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Must Have skills: ServiceNow OMT Order Management or SOM Sales and Order Mgmt CPQ.
  • Good to have: Experience with automated test frameworks and test automation tools.
