Job Title: Internal Audit Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Internal Audit Manager to join our team. As a key member of our audit function, you will be responsible for leading audits, developing audit plans, and ensuring that all audit work is completed in accordance with established standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of internal audit principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior management, process owners, and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead audits and develop audit plans to ensure effective risk assessment and mitigation;
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with process owners and other stakeholders;
  • Provide high-quality audit reports and recommendations to senior management;
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards related to internal audit;
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and address operational risks and control weaknesses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in internal audit, preferably in a managerial role;
  • Strong knowledge of audit principles, procedures, and standards (e.g., COBIT, ISAE 3402);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
