About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage regional sales teams and optimize order fulfillment within defined customer service frameworks.

  • Lead the servicing of orders, ensuring timely resolution and validation of demand over the horizon.
  • Prioritize demand/orders/customers based on strategic objectives and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that plans are achieved through effective coordination and communication.
  • Analyze order status and identify potential issues that may impact timelines.
  • Develop and implement solutions to mitigate risks and delays.
Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of assigned orders and drive end-to-end delivery.
  • Ensure all documentation related to shipments is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Mitigate risks and delays proactively to prevent demurrage/penalties.
  • Attend relevant meetings to stay informed about open orders and their status updates.
Requirements
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Reporting (VBA Macros, Power BI).
  • Good understanding of Supply Chain principles, preferably in the Pharma industry.
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
  • SAP knowledge essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Decision making, ability to prioritize on a dynamic basis.
Desirable Skills
  • Negotiation skills/conflict resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Plant PPIC concepts clarity, prior experience essential.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
