AI Model Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Model Designer with expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building and optimizing AI models, with a deep understanding of both statistical theory and modern AI techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models for predictive and generative AI applications.
  • Apply advanced statistical methods to improve model robustness and interpretability.
  • Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, and ensemble techniques.
  • Perform large-scale data analysis to identify patterns, biases, and opportunities for AI-driven automation.
  • Work closely with ML engineers to validate, train, and deploy the models.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and developments in AI and machine learning to ensure innovative and cutting-edge solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: PhD or master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning, with expertise in algorithm development and optimization.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Experience in developing mathematical models for business applications, preferably in finance, trading, image-based AI, biomedical modeling, or recommender systems industries.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
