Creative Producer Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Creative Producer to oversee daily project management and execution within a specific vertical.

This role focuses on managing production tasks from brief to delivery, adhering to internal processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate daily production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with due processes, including documentation, contracts, payments, and internal workflows.
  • Execution Oversight: Manage task assignments, vendor coordination, and quality checks to ensure projects meet timelines and expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, strategy, and other teams to facilitate seamless project flow.
  • Client Support: Assist in client communications as needed, providing updates and ensuring deliverables align with client objectives.
  • Risk Monitoring: Identify potential delays or issues early and escalate to the relevant supervisor as required.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in production, with exposure to project management in creative or agency environments.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver projects on time.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of production workflows, including creative development and asset creation.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail in managing processes, documentation, and compliance.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and basic client interactions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media production, or a related field.
