  • Maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure to meet operational requirements.
  • Liaising with vendors and support teams to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Supervising network changes and patch deployments to ensure compliance with vulnerability and change management policies.
  • Collaborating with global teams and providing assistance for network incidents and requests.

The ideal candidate should possess

a strong understanding of networking fundamentals including routing, switching, and security concepts.

Additionally, experience in managing and supervising network support teams is highly valued.

Cisco certifications are a plus, but not required. What matters most is your ability to inspire and motivate your team to deliver high-quality results.
