As a seasoned leader in the field of platform and infrastructure management, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the delivery of high-quality services.

This individual will be responsible for leading a team of network and cloud administrators, fostering technical growth and career development while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering and operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of escalation management experience. A deep understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and operational best practices is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of network and cloud administrators to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Culture Development: Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering and operations to drive operational excellence.
  • Process Improvement: Drive operational excellence by maturing processes for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in network and cloud infrastructure support, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • A strong understanding of managing patching of infrastructure (network and servers).
  • Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and operational best practices.
  • A university degree or college diploma program in Computer Science, Business and Technology, Information Systems or related areas.
