We are seeking a skilled Aluminum Fabricator to join our team.


The successful candidate will have experience in aluminum welding, with a strong focus on quality and safety standards. We are looking for an individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Qualifications: Minimum qualifications include a technical school or vocational education in aluminum welding, as well as relevant industry certifications.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in aluminum welding, with a proven track record of producing high-quality work under pressure.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of shop drawing interpretation and ability to read and follow work instructions.
    • Excellent welding skills, with the ability to qualify to a minimum 3G/4G standard using SMAW, FCAW, and sub-arc processes.
    • Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.


In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who is able to contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems, processes, and practices. This may involve identifying opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement, as well as developing and implementing new procedures and protocols.


As a member of our team, you will be expected to maintain accurate records and reports, and to provide timely and accurate statements and reports to meet section or department requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining awareness of all health and safety rules applying to the assigned tasks and tools, and for ensuring that safe working practices are observed at all times.
