Senior Mental Health Specialist

This is a specialized role that requires strong knowledge and experience in assessing and treating psychosis and neurocognitive disorders.
About the Position- The primary goal of this position is to provide high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with complex mental health needs.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide psychotherapy and prescribe medication as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Advanced degree in Medicine (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Psychiatry.
- Board certification in Psychiatry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
