  • We are seeking a skilled OIPA operations analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on configuration experience on life or health products using OIPA V10 or V11.">
  • The analyst will work directly with members of the production support, business and technical teams to review and maintain existing business and technical requirements used to configure the OIPA system.">
  • Key responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting architectural and technical design documents, developing complex OIPA transactions and processes, and troubleshooting tickets related to data, interfaces, integrations, or cycles.">
  • The analyst will also be responsible for performing functional gap analysis, reviewing design documentation, and participating in design reviews.">
  • Additionally, the analyst will work with Service Management, internal and external stakeholders to provide solutions and develop technical configuration and SOP documents.">
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in entity-based logical modeling and data throughput optimization, as well as knowledge of Oracle SOA and BPM.">
  • Fluent in OIPA integration patterns (AS file, OIPA extensions, Web Services/API) is highly desired.">
  • Troubleshooting REST or SOAP services for integration failures or issues is also an essential skill for this role.">
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business intent with system behavior is critical for success in this position.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Hands-on configuration experience on life or health products using OIPA V10 or V11.">
  • 4 years of experience working with OIPA.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or other equivalent working experience.">
  • LOMA certification and knowledge of typical insurance business functions including underwriting and policy issue, payment processing, monthaversary, anniversary, disbursement, withdrawal, correspondence, nonforfeiture, lapse processing, state reporting, billing, policy servicing, product set-up, health claims processing, and life claims processing.">
