The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in civil, electrical, or MEP engineering with the ability to oversee project execution, ensure quality standards, and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Execution and Site Supervision: Oversee the execution of civil, electrical, and MEP works as per approved designs, drawings, and project specifications.
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality standards, material usage, and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor and manage work progress, ensuring smooth coordination among different teams and contractors.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to the project schedule.
- Collaborate with government officials, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines as per government norms.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, inspection records, and compliance checklists.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing technical reports, BOQs, and other project-related documents.
- Conduct on-site tests for materials and work quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Identify defects and recommend corrective actions to improve construction quality.
- Ensure proper installation and functioning of electrical and MEP systems in line with specifications.
Candidates should possess a diploma/bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution, with 3-10 years of experience in civil construction, infrastructure projects, or government contracts.
Strong knowledge of building construction, roadworks, bridges, and structural engineering principles is essential, along with proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, and other civil engineering software.
Familiarity with IS codes, construction safety norms, and quality control standards is also required.
