Digital Marketing Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to drive our marketing growth through strategic, high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and scale impactful marketing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Optimize campaign performance by tracking ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead structured A/B testing across creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ads that convert.
  • Delve into data analysis to uncover insights, identify trends, and inform marketing decisions.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve maximum impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and explore new paid platforms to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads in D2C or agency environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Sheets.
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
  • Self-starter with a curious and experimental mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience in retention marketing, CRO, or email/SMS marketing.
