Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex systems solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15+ years of industrial experience and 6+ years of experience in systems engineering or architecture roles, with a strong focus on MBSE execution.
  • Hands-on experience with MBSE tools and modeling environments, especially MATLAB System Composer and Simulink.
  • Expert in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices and tools, with strong familiarity in requirements management and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems such as Polarion and Windchill.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
