Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Software Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and building scalable, efficient, and effective AI systems.
About the Role

This is a full-time hybrid role that combines strong software engineering fundamentals with applied machine learning expertise. You will be responsible for building robust backend systems & APIs to deploy and scale ML solutions, working with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS) to design cost-efficient, high-availability ML pipelines and scalable cloud-supported backend solutions, and implementing ML lifecycle workflows — from experiment tracking (MLflow/Kubeflow/DVC) to orchestration (Airflow/Prefect).


Responsibilities:
  • Data Ingestion and Preprocessing: Design and develop data ingestion and preprocessing pipelines to ensure high-quality data is fed into machine learning models.
  • Model Serving and Monitoring: Implement model serving and monitoring mechanisms to ensure accurate predictions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed intelligent agents, predictive models, and decision-making capabilities into backend workflows using Predictive learning through ML algorithms.
  • Cloud and Infrastructure Management: Work with founding engineers to manage cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in CS, Data Science, AI/ML.
  • 1-3 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on building scalable, distributed systems.
  • Programming languages: MERN, Python, Golang. Java is optional but definitely a plus.
  • Databases: Strong experience with PostgreSQL + familiarity with NoSQL/MongoDB.
  • MLOps & Infrastructure: Knowledge of MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Cloud & Infra: AWS SageMaker/Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, Azure AI.
  • Versioning & Collaboration: Git, GitHub/GitLab, code reviews, unit testing.
  • Ability to write clean, modular, and scalable code with strong debugging & testing discipline.
  • Design backend APIs to support AI-driven process optimization and NLP-powered automations.
  • Startup-ready mindset: adaptable, curious, hands-on.
  • Strong ownership + problem-solving.
  • Eager to push Generative AI into real-world adoption.
