**AI Engineer Role**

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing innovative AI-native software that enhances creativity and productivity for teams and enterprises.

This position is ideal for those passionate about leveraging machine learning to create cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI-enabled products that fully leverage the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent advancements in foundation models.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging techniques into production systems.
  • Develop high-performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Data indexing, ranking, query processing.
  • Build evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science.
  • Strong background in either distributed data systems or machine learning engineering.
  • Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging foundation LLMs, building RAG systems, and planet-scale information retrieval systems.
