AI Research and Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Full-stack developer to join our dynamic team working on cutting-edge AI research and commercial applications. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, writing clean code, and contributing to advancements in AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Optimize AI models with clean, efficient code.
  • Evaluate Performance through benchmarking and response ranking.
  • Fine-Tune Models using high-quality datasets (SFT, RLHF).
  • Ensure Quality via code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Innovate with new evaluation strategies and improved training workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Knowledge of Node.js or NestJS and a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Background in modular development, scalable architectures, testing, and security best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of Docker.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
