Drive Business Outcomes as a Strategic Leader in Solution Engineering

Spearhead solution strategies, drive client engagement at the highest levels, and lead a team of talented solution engineers to deliver exceptional business results.

  • Lead and mentor the Solution Engineering team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement coaching frameworks for Value Selling, Solution Mapping, Account-based Prospecting, and Negotiations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Build and strengthen CXO-level relationships across existing and prospective clients. Understand client pain points and business objectives to craft tailored solutions.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into technology-driven outcomes.
  • Drive sales pipeline reviews, deal qualification, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to develop go-to-market strategies and solution roadmaps.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Presales, or Digital Transformation.
  • Proven success in leading high-performing solution engineering or presales teams.
  • Strong track record in CXO-level engagement and relationship building.
  • Expertise in value-based selling, solution mapping, forecasting, and account-based prospecting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, or AI-driven technology solutions.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related fields.
  • Exposure to global markets and enterprise-level deal cycles.
