Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and deploying AI-powered solutions for contact center AI, voice AI, agent AI, search AI, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Leveraging no-code/low-code AI platforms to enhance customer and employee experiences, optimize AI applications, and streamline business processes.
  • Maintaining expertise in AI security, AI governance, AI frameworks, and reference architectures while ensuring compliance with enterprise AI guardrails and industry standards.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 8+ years of experience in AI-driven solutions, NLP, LLM integrations, and AI automation.
  • Strong background in enterprise AI platforms, including Kore.ai, IBM Watson, Amazon Lex, Yellow.ai, Azure AI, Google CCAI, and Dialogflow.
  • Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI model fine-tuning, and NLP/NLU pipeline optimization.
  • Expertise in AI security, AI governance, compliance, and AI guardrails implementation.
  • Ability to design AI frameworks, reference architectures, and AI automation strategies for enterprise deployment.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and cloud deployment strategies.
