Work closely with sales and business teams to translate customer requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Conduct technical deep-dives, POCs, and architecture reviews with customers.

Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
Experience:
5+ years in AI solution architecture, presales, or technical consulting.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, and cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Domain Knowledge:
Prior experience in
Contact Center AI, Conversational AI, or Support AI automation
is highly preferred.
Solutioning & Delivery:
Proven ability to design scalable AI solutions and drive end-to-end implementation.
Presales Exposure:
Ability to engage with customers, present technical solutions, and create proposals/RFPs.
MLOps & Deployment:
Experience with AI/ML model deployment, APIs, and integration with enterprise systems.
Communication Skills:
Strong ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to AI-powered chatbots, voice assistants, and NLP-based automation.
Experience working with enterprise clients in AI transformation initiatives.
Hands-on expertise in integrating AI with CRM, IVR, and cloud-based contact center solutions.
Familiarity with regulations and compliance in AI-driven customer support.
