Job Title: NVH Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled NVH specialist to join our team. As an NVH specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the noise, vibration, and harshness performance of our vehicles.

  • You will lead the development of NVH targets for multiple vehicle programmes, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure excellence in NVH performance.
  • You will review and monitor test plans, coordinating and executing NVH development activities during the physical prototype stages.
  • You will provide coaching and guidance to your team to ensure smooth implementation of NVH suggestions while balancing constraints related to weight and cost.

Experience

  • The ideal candidate will possess between 14 to 18 years of comprehensive experience in vehicle NVH development, demonstrating a deep understanding of NVH requirements and solutions across various vehicle architectures.
  • Grounded knowledge in vehicle NVH simulation techniques will enable the candidate to effectively predict and improve NVH performance early in the development cycle.
  • The candidate should be well-versed with powertrain, driveline, chassis, suspension, sound packaging, and mounting systems, applying refinement expertise throughout development and benchmarking phases.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Design Engineering from a reputable institution is required.
  • The candidate should have an excellent academic record and relevant professional certifications in NVH-related domains.
