Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist

This role involves installing, servicing, and maintaining electrical systems, control panels, and industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain electrical systems, including control panels and industrial machinery, in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in equipment such as motors, drives, PLCs, and HMIs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Support commissioning and testing of new machines and equipment to ensure seamless integration and operation.
  • Provide technical support to clients and operators regarding equipment usage and performance to optimize results and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and records of work completed to facilitate future reference and improvement.
  • Collaborate with project, design, and automation teams to resolve complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Travel to customer sites for service, breakdown support, and on-site inspections to provide exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Service Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, schematics, and troubleshooting methods.
  • Basic knowledge of PLC programming, HMI operation, and automation systems.
  • Familiarity with motors, drives, sensors, and control circuits.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
