SAP ISU Application Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide expert support for the SAP IS-U FI-CA application. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering timely resolutions of incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SAP FI-CA module configuration, including debugging, payment hierarchy, clearing rules, dunning, security deposits, payment clearings, open item management, tax, instalment plans, returns, refund process, and write-offs.
