Job Opportunity:

At our organization, we seek a seasoned professional to spearhead the implementation of Zscaler solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative Zscaler solutions with extensive hands-on experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather essential information for optimal solution delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive test cases to validate solutions across diverse scenarios.
  • Possess good hands-on experience in migrating proxy solutions to Zscaler solutions.
  • Extensive expertise in designing and integrating Zscaler solutions with existing authentication servers using protocols like LDAP, IWA, IWA-direct, SSO, Active Directory.
  • Experience in deploying and supporting forward proxy, explicit, and transparent Web Content Filtering / Web Proxy configurations.
  • Advanced networking troubleshooting skills and extensive knowledge of web connectivity and protocols.
  • Hold certifications in web content filtering, such as CCSP or CEH.
  • Able to quickly comprehend job requirements and deliver project solutions efficiently.

Required Competencies:

  • Fluency in English language for effective communication with offshore teams and coordination.
  • Able to understand requirements and work on solution approaches/project deliverables according to given schedules.
  • Participating in meetings with CAB for technical reviews, status updates, and issue communication.
  • Daily operations involve incident, change, and problem ticket solving.
  • Will to work in rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations, including weekend/holidays.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve ongoing issues.
  • Join critical/high-priority tickets during major/potential major incidents.
