Attero is a pioneer in urban mining, building regenerative value chains through innovative material solutions.Headquartered in India, we have a state-of-the-art recycling facility in Uttarakhand, efficiently extracting high-purity metals from end-of-life electronics and lithium-ion batteries using deep-tech solutions.We drive sustainability impact backed by over 45 granted global patents, ensuring efficient resource recovery and environmental stewardship.Our initiatives include Selsmart, Indias largest customer takeback platform; MetalMandi, a tech-enabled marketplace for metal scrap trading; and Green Metals, supplying sustainably recovered metals to global industries.We are expanding operations across the US and Europe while strengthening our presence in India.This role seeks individuals who embody ownership, seamless collaboration, fresh perspectives, and challenge-taking to drive transformative progress.Our work culture fosters innovation, accountability, and solution-oriented thinking, aligning with our vision of creating sustainable economic, social, and environmental impact.Key responsibilities include developing equity fundraising strategies aligned with companys expansion and innovation goals.Identify and engage with private equity funds, venture capitalists, family offices, strategic investors, and ESG-aligned funds globally.Prepare and deliver high-impact investor presentations, pitch decks, financial models, and investment memorandums.Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle including term sheet negotiation, due diligence, valuation discussions, and closure.Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors.Build long-term investor confidence through timely updates, performance tracking, and transparent reporting.Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and board-level interactions.Work closely with leadership to align fundraising strategy with business growth plans, product expansions, and M&A opportunities.Contribute to scenario modeling, capital allocation, and return on capital analysis.Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO, CFO, and Board.Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Liaise with legal, tax, and compliance teams to draft and review shareholder agreements, ESOP structures, and equity-related documentation.Track market trends, ESG investor movements, and valuation benchmarks across sectors and geographies.Identify strategic investment partners aligned with Atteros sustainability and growth vision.
  1. MBA (Finance) is a must or CA/CFA preferred.
  2. Proven experience in equity fundraising, ideally in cleantech, manufacturing, or ESG-aligned startups.
  3. Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills.
  4. Deep understanding of investor mindset and capital markets.
  5. Strong network across private equity, venture capital, and institutional investors.
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Experience in cross-border fundraising and global investor communication is a plus.
