Senior Corporate Financial Controller

Corporate Accounting Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance, and managing reporting functions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, corporate finance, and team management.
- Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and timely financial records and ensure consistency across financial statements.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate MIS reports for internal stakeholders to aid in financial decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/CPA preferred.
- 5-7 years of corporate accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
The Corporate Accounting Manager will be responsible for:
- Implementing, maintaining, and upgrading accounting systems and software.
- Designing and enforcing robust internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard organizational assets.
- Providing financial insights and data-driven recommendations to support strategic initiatives and growth plans.
- Working closely with leadership to align financial planning with organizational goals.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance team.
