Data Engineer RoleWe are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines using Google Cloud technologies.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data acquisition pipelines for structured and unstructured data using batch and real-time processing in Google Cloud.
  • Build complex datasets based on business requirements using various tools such as Python, Data Flow, DataStream, CDC (Change Data Capture), Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Storage.
  • Design and build an ingestion pipeline using REST API.
  • Partition and retrieve content in Big Query using IAM roles and Policy Tags to secure the data.
  • Use logs and alerts to effectively monitor pipelines.
  • Leverage DevOps and CI/CD practices (GitHub, Terraform) to ensure the reliability and scalability of data pipelines.
  • Recommends ways to improve data quality, reliability, and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Junior DE: 2-3 years of experience in a GCP data engineering role (offshore).
  • Senior DE: 4+ years of experience in a GCP data engineering role (offshore).
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in GCP tools (Python, SQL, Data Flow, DataStream, CDC, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Storage).
