Process Control Officer

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production processes, maintaining good housekeeping practices, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety instructions.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Receive operating instructions for the shift from a superior officer.
  2. Ensure batch processing is carried out strictly in accordance with batch records and as instructed.
  3. Operate equipment ensuring that all parameters are strictly followed and within specified limits.
  4. Submit in-process/intermediate samples to the quality control lab for analysis as per the batch instruction.
  5. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the production department.
  6. Ensure equipment adherence to GMP and safety instructions during work hours.
  7. Make entries in process control documents.
  8. Use appropriate safety apparel while on duty and be aware of firefighting equipment locations and operations.
  9. Operate utilities and equipment as per operating instructions and ensure strict adherence to process parameters.
  10. Report any deviations observed during operation to the superior immediately.
  11. Follow safe practices mentioned in various standard operating procedures for operation.
  12. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
