Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Run Off Engineer. This position is responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process.

  • To be responsible for testing of the IMM as per customer's requirements and design specifications.
  • To ensure timely delivery of P & P machines.
  • To oversee 5S improvements in zone areas, coordinating with Zone leaders.
  • To undertake kaizen activities related to product improvements and cost reductions.
  • To develop SOPs and run off procedures as needed.
  • To maintain upkeep of Run off instruments.
  • To enter labor data into the system.
  • To prepare Part Deviation Forms (PDF).
  • To assist trainee engineers and juniors in troubleshooting.
  • To revise check sheets on a regular basis.
  • To drive productivity improvements through process enhancements as per yearly targets.
