Job Summary:


This is a challenging role for a Quality and Process Improvement Leader who will be responsible for driving quality and process improvements across various departments.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality and process improvement initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and support cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of quality and process improvements.
  • Identify and prioritize areas for quality and process improvements and develop strategies to address these areas.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that quality and process improvements are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain quality and process improvement metrics and reports.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality and process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as quality assurance, engineering, or business.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance and process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as quality assurance, engineering, or business.
  • Certification in quality management or process improvement such as Six Sigma or CQA.
  • Experience with quality management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
