Quality and Process Improvement Leader

Job Summary:
This is a challenging role for a Quality and Process Improvement Leader who will be responsible for driving quality and process improvements across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality and process improvement initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and support cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of quality and process improvements.
- Identify and prioritize areas for quality and process improvements and develop strategies to address these areas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that quality and process improvements are aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain quality and process improvement metrics and reports.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality and process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as quality assurance, engineering, or business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as quality assurance, engineering, or business.
- Certification in quality management or process improvement such as Six Sigma or CQA.
- Experience with quality management software and tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Experience in a leadership role.
